This role exists because that level of scale and ambition demands operational precision. As Vice President of Strategy & Operations in Growth, you will act as a Chief of Staff, and serve as the strategic operator behind the President & GM of Growth - driving the rhythms, accountability structures, and cross-functional coordination to allow the organization to execute at its best. You will lead the Growth Strategy & Ops team while serving as a trusted partner and force multiplier to Growth leadership. This is a high-trust, high-visibility position for someone who brings structure to complexity, earns influence through follow-through, and knows how to move large organizations forward through operational acumen and influence. This position is a people manager role reporting to the President and General Manager, Growth.
