About The Position

Docusign is in the middle of a meaningful transformation - from the world's leading eSignature company to the category-defining Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform. The Growth organization is at the center of that journey, spanning marketing, sales development, product-led growth, and analytics across a global team. This role exists because that level of scale and ambition demands operational precision. As Vice President of Strategy & Operations in Growth, you will act as a Chief of Staff, and serve as the strategic operator behind the President & GM of Growth - driving the rhythms, accountability structures, and cross-functional coordination to allow the organization to execute at its best. You will lead the Growth Strategy & Ops team while serving as a trusted partner and force multiplier to Growth leadership. This is a high-trust, high-visibility position for someone who brings structure to complexity, earns influence through follow-through, and knows how to move large organizations forward through operational acumen and influence. This position is a people manager role reporting to the President and General Manager, Growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive strategic and people leadership experience required
  • BS/BA college degree required
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale cross-functional programs with high visibility and real stakes; you have a track record of moving complex initiatives from ambiguity to execution
  • Comfort working with data, building frameworks, and making structured recommendations based on evidence
  • The ability to lead through influence, and earning trust through judgment and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Design, own, and continuously improve the operating cadence for the Growth organization, ranging from staff meetings, product reviews, cross-functional syncs, and leadership team meetings
  • Lead the end-to-end OKR process for Growth including goal-setting, tracking, reporting, and accountability through the organization
  • Own the annual planning process for the Growth organization, including cross-functional coordination with Finance, Product, and Sales, and drive quarterly performance tracking against plans
  • Ensure decisions made in the room get executed and put into action by tracking commitments, resolving blockers, and holding teams accountable to outcomes
  • Represent the Growth Org in company-wide Annual Planning and OKR rhythms
  • Build and maintain a unified view of the AI and innovation agenda across all Growth teams by tracking progress, identifying and addressing dependencies, and closing gaps in a way that drives action both within Growth and adjacent teams
  • Partner with the President & GM to prioritize and sequence where AI capabilities create the highest leverage across the organization
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner and proxy to the President & GM, anticipating organizational needs, managing bandwidth, and ensuring leadership focus stays on the highest-value priorities
  • Prepare ELT and Board Materials , synthesize data, and surface insights that support fast and well-grounded decision-making
  • Draft and drive internal communications such as org updates, strategic narratives, and planning materials to keep teams aligned and clear on direction
  • Drive alignment and decision making by unblocking teams to move forward with speed and agility
  • Partner with FP&A, Strategy, and Analytics teams to facilitate budgeting processes, establishing a clear link between strategic goals and budget allocation and return on investment (ROI)
  • Partner with leads across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and Finance to scope, resource, and track Growth's highest-priority cross-functional initiatives.
  • Lead and stand up special projects and new workstreams that require coordination across multiple functions or leadership levels
  • Manage and develop the Growth Strategy & Operations team, setting a high bar for rigor, communication, and execution discipline
  • Bring fresh thinking to process to the org with the team and not relying on how things have been done
