Vice President, Sourcing
About The Position
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; master's degree preferred 7-10 years of experience in sourcing negotiations, preferably within the financial services industry Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information and influence stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated ability to create strategic, data-driven PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a collaborative, creative, and flexible approach to problem-solving Ability to lead and influence cross-functional initiatives, work independently, and manage multiple work streams Understanding of new and evolving technologies to support forward-thinking sourcing strategies Experience with procurement and contract authoring software applications such as Ivalua and Sirion
