As VP of Solutions Consulting, you will define the strategy and lead the execution of our global Solutions Consulting (SC) organization. The SC team is vital to Navan’s growth, sitting at the intersection of Product, Account Management, and the Customer. Your mission is to maximize client value, thereby driving both client satisfaction, and revenue. This is a high-impact, client facing team. SCs have many levers they can pull to directly drive revenue – including product configuration, churn risk mitigation, launch acceleration, professional services fees, and adoption of new products. You will build, lead, coach, and inspire an elite, high-performing team that exceeds its goals, delights clients, and is excited to come to work every day.
