About The Position

The Vice President, Solutions & Innovation is responsible for driving the Company’s solution strategy, technical differentiation, and innovation initiatives in support of growth, client success, and delivery excellence. This role serves as a bridge across Business Development, Delivery, Operation and Technology to ensure the Company brings forward scalable, competitive, and forward-looking solutions to federal clients while aligning innovation efforts with strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead solutioning for priority pursuits, including technical approach, architecture, and differentiators
  • Define and strengthen the Company’s technical value proposition in support of capture and proposal efforts
  • Develop and standardize reusable solution components, playbooks, and accelerators
  • Drive innovation initiatives, including development and application of AI-enabled solutions such as QuerySmith in real client use cases
  • Translate internal capabilities into practical, client-facing solutions
  • Identify new offerings aligned with client mission needs and market demand
  • Partner with Business Development to shape opportunities early and strengthen technical positioning
  • Support proposal development, client discussions, and partner engagement
  • Improve win quality and support expansion into larger opportunities
  • Collaborate across Business Development, Delivery, Operations, and Technology
  • Align solution strategy with operational capabilities and technical direction
  • Strengthen coordination across growth, delivery, and innovation
  • Represent the Company in client engagements, partner discussions, and industry events
  • Build technical credibility and market presence
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s) to support business needs and Company priorities
