We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Senior Recruiter to join our People Team. This role is located in New York, NY. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake through offer, for a range of roles across business lines and functions. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their team needs, culture, and long-term goals. Leverage AI and recruiting technology to source, assess, and engage top talent efficiently. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent, clear communication and advocacy throughout the process. Partner with HR and compensation teams to lead complex offer negotiations, balancing internal equity with market competitiveness. Operate with a high degree of independence, taking ownership of searches and navigating ambiguity with confidence. Provide insights and market intelligence to hiring leaders to help inform talent strategies. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in recruiting processes, systems, and tools.
