WHAT YOU’LL DO The Vice President of Sales is responsible for driving bookings at Dreamscape's new Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino to achieve maximum occupancy. This role collaborates closely with the Hotel Operations, Casino Marketing, and Food & Beverage leaders to ensure satisfaction for both new and returning guests ROLE EXPECTATIONS Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives. Drive the revenue of the hotel through negotiated contracts with vendors and customers. Leads best in class team of catering and even planning professionals, delivering exceptional meeting planner and attendee experiences Analyze inventory levels, forecast staffing needs and align room promotions with events occurring in the convention space. Set monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals to grow market share. Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction. Collaborate with Finance and operational leaders to develop service and pricing strategies that align with market conditions, competitive analysis, and customer demand. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR), occupancy rates, and market share to identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize revenue. Provide Team Member growth opportunities and foster a high-performance culture within team. Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
