Vice President, Sales – Vendor Financing (Small Ticket) Overview The Vice President, Sales – Vendor Financing is a senior individual‑contributor sales role responsible for originating and closing small‑ticket vendor financing transactions for First Business Bank Equipment Finance. This position is designed for an experienced equipment finance producer who owns their pipeline, brings established vendor relationships, and can hit the ground running with their own production. The successful candidate will have deep experience in small‑ticket vendor programs, a demonstrated record of individual sales performance, and the ability to operate effectively at both the strategic and execution levels. The VP will develop, expand, and manage vendor relationships across defined target markets, positioning the Company as a preferred financing partner. This role works closely with Company leadership, credit, operations, and servicing teams to drive scalable growth, strong portfolio performance, and an exceptional vendor and customer experience.
