About The Position

IntouchCX is seeking an innovative, results-oriented, experienced leader for the Vice President, Sales (Trust & Safety and AI Services) position. In this key position you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition in the Trust & Safety and AI Services space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally within high value outsourcing.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or certificate in a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, technology services sales or business development.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience selling Trust & Safety, AI services or related digital operations services within the BPO industry.
  • Experience selling high-skill human data services: complex labeling, expert evaluations, red teaming, benchmark creation, and “humans in the loop” workflows.
  • To be already orbiting the frontier AI ecosystem: you know Heads of Safety / Data / Research at labs, hyperscalers, or leading applied AI companies by name.
  • Demonstrated track record of generating opportunities, acquiring new clients, and successfully converting trials into paid customers, particularly in acquiring large, complex deals in the North American market.
  • Deep understanding of social media, UGC platforms, e-commerce, online safety, and compliance.
  • Proven success selling AIML, data, or ML ops related services to enterprise and hyperscale customers.
  • Can comfortably discuss LLM training pipelines, RLHF, evaluation frameworks, data curation, red teaming, and safety taxonomies with research and infra teams.
  • Knowledge of platform regulations, such as the Digital Services Act (DSA) and Section 230.
  • Exposure to global delivery models and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience collaborating with Trust & Safety teams in tech platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a diverse sales team and with internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and win new enterprise logos, with a specific focus on the AI Services, Human Data Services, and Trust & Safety sectors.
  • Co-design offerings with labs, shaping the roadmap with ops and product, and being comfortable in ambiguity where there is no standard playbook or RFP.
  • Formulate and execute a strategic market entry and sales plan, targeting high-potential industry verticals such as social media, e-commerce and frontier AI.
  • Have strong existing relationships with San Francisco-based foundation model builders, hyperscalers and/or strong applied AI companies.
  • Sell into frontier AI or hyperscaler AI orgs, Heads of Safety, Research, Data, or Partnerships in SF / Bay Area and beyond.
  • Lead tailored product demos that showcase our AI capabilities and clearly communicate how they solve prospect needs.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and qualification through to final contract negotiation and closure.
  • Accurately forecast and manage a data-driven pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual targets for bookings, revenue, and margin.
  • Lead the development of compelling proposals, manage responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and craft innovative commercial and pricing models.
  • Provide regular pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to leadership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects by deeply understanding their business and operational needs.
  • Gather and provide client feedback to refine service offerings and value propositions.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform safety regulations, and the competitive landscape.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
