About The Position

Nasuni is looking for an experienced hands-on Vice President of Revenue Operations to partner directly with our CRO and scale the next phase of our growth story. We are a high-growth, private equity–backed enterprise SaaS company operating at ~$200M+ ARR with US and EMEA reach. This role is central to accelerating our path forward. We’re looking for a true operator, someone who wakes up daily thinking about how to make the revenue engine better, faster, and more productive. This is not a back-office reporting role. This is the operational heartbeat of our go-to-market organization. We need a forward-thinking leader who thinks AI-first, constantly pushes for efficiency, and understands how RevOps must evolve to become more productive. This role requires urgency, maturity, and deep ownership.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM Operations in enterprise SaaS
  • 4–5+ years leading RevOps in a $100M+ ARR environment
  • Direct ownership of global forecasting and executive reporting
  • Experience operating in a private equity–backed SaaS company (or equivalent board-level rigor)
  • Demonstrated Salesforce ownership at architecture level
  • Experience embedding AI into forecasting, analytics, or workflow automation
  • Proven ability to lead and develop RevOps teams
  • Track record of driving measurable improvements in forecast accuracy, productivity, or capital efficiency

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in enterprise infrastructure, data, or platform software
  • Experience implementing sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management)
  • Compensation design and quota modeling experience
  • Exposure to PE operating partners and monthly performance reviews
  • Has scaled ARR from ~$100M toward $300M+ in a PE-backed environment
  • Built RevOps functions that became materially leaner and more productive
  • Improved forecast accuracy to 90–95%+ range
  • AI-forward thinker who has driven measurable automation and inspection lift
  • Leadership maturity — has “weathered storms” and built durable systems

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic partner to the CRO on GTM planning and execution
  • Own global forecasting and revenue performance rigor
  • Lead territory design, quota governance, and capacity planning
  • Elevate board-level reporting and executive insight
  • Embed AI into revenue workflows to increase productivity and decision quality
  • Drive capital-efficient growth in a private equity operating environment
  • Build and develop a high-performing RevOps team

Benefits

  • Best in class employee onboarding and training
  • “Take What You Need” paid time off policy
  • Comprehensive health, dental and vision plans
  • Company-paid life and disability insurance
  • 401(k) and Roth IRA retirement plan
  • Generous employee referral bonuses
  • Flexible remote work policy
  • 10 Paid Holidays
  • Wide array of wellbeing offerings
  • Pre-tax savings accounts with company contributions
  • Great team culture and social activities
  • Collaborative workspaces
  • Free on-site fitness centers and stocked kitchens in select office locations
  • Professional development resources
