About The Position

The Vice-President - Programs will be accountable for an extensive in-service engine portfolio. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring the integrity and safety of our products and people, delivery of contracted customer commitments and supporting achievement of annual financial results. The role will operate across functional teams and be accountable for planning of all Original Equipment (OE) and/or engine service support requirements and interfacing with the requisite Procurement, Manufacturing and Operations leadership to ensure delivery requirements are met. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree with 10+ years of experience in program or project management, OR
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in program or project management, OR
  • Master's degree with 6+ years of experience in program or project management, OR
  • JD/PhD with 3+ years of experience in program or project management, OR
  • 12+ years of experience in program or project management in lieu of a degree
  • To be considered for this position, you must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety is led and prioritized within the business
  • Meet contracted engine delivery commitments through the creation and management of program forecast, demand and delivery plans
  • Through established governance practices, determine risks and where applicable, develop and manage mitigation and recovery plans
  • Represent the program at applicable delivery related forums and status reviews
  • Enable delivery of the annual financial plan and support planning for the 5-year plan
  • Continually enhance OE customer satisfaction and drive issue resolution
  • Provide input to the long-term sustainment of the product extending program life in line with customer requirements.
