We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support to join our Tech - Production Services team. This role location is in Lake Mary, FL and Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional certifications in relevant technologies or infrastructure management are preferred.
Professional certifications in relevant technologies or infrastructure management are preferred.
Typically 6-10 years of experience in infrastructure operations and production services management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead infrastructure operations by implementing industry best practices and leveraging advanced technologies to ensure seamless service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize infrastructure solutions, demonstrating expertise in production services.
Oversee incident management and resolution processes, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining service integrity.
Analyze performance metrics and trends, providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance infrastructure efficiency.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements by maintaining comprehensive documentation and audit trails.
