The Opportunity This is a transformative leadership opportunity to guide and grow a significant portion of our business. As the Vice President of Power Products, you will be the catalyst for growth and innovation across a portfolio that includes motor drivers and high-performance power management ICs. You will have global P&L responsibility and the autonomy to shape strategy, drive execution, and unite a world-class team. We are looking for a high-energy leader to ensure Allegro not only maintains but expands its market leadership in power semiconductor technology. What You Will Do Lead with Vision and Strategy: Develop and champion a compelling vision for the future of Allegro's power products, aligning with our corporate strategy and capitalizing on emerging market trends. Drive Growth and Profitability: Own the P&L for the Power Products business unit, developing and executing aggressive strategies to expand our market share and maximize profitability. Build and Unify a High-Performing Team: Inspire, mentor, and align a global team of talented engineers and business leaders. Foster a cohesive, high-energy culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability to drive engagement and execute on a unified mission for success. Shape the Technology Roadmap: Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales to define a technology roadmap that anticipates customer needs and positions Allegro for sustained market leadership. Forge Strategic Customer Partnerships: Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with key customers, understanding their evolving requirements and ensuring Allegro delivers exceptional value and becomes their trusted advisor. Drive Operational Excellence: Implement and refine processes and systems to ensure efficient, effective, and scalable operations across all aspects of the business unit. Be a Visible Leader: Represent Allegro MicroSystems at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership in power semiconductor solutions. Your Leadership Profile You are a seasoned leader with 20+ years of progressive experience in the semiconductor industry, with a proven track record of success in the power electronics market. You have a strong track record of growing a product line year-over-year in both revenue and profitability. An Energetic and Unifying Leader: You bring infectious energy and a proven ability to unite teams, creating a cohesive and motivated organization aligned to a single vision of success. Technical Depth: You possess a deep technical understanding of power management ICs, motor drivers, and related technologies that earns you credibility with engineering teams and customers alike. Commercial and Sales Acumen: You have a demonstrated ability to partner with sales to drive market growth, with a natural ability to engage customers and contribute to closing strategic deals. You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership and board members. You are passionate about innovation and driving technological advancements in the power semiconductor industry. BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering (MBA is a plus). Why Allegro?
