The Enterprise Data, Analytics & AI organization at Marriott is pioneering the future of hospitality by serving as the company’s AI driven decision nervous center—where data and AI converge to guide every decision. The organization is seeking a Managing Vice President, Data Products to lead the enterprise-wide data product function. In this capacity, the MVP, Data Products will oversee data product, data services and data strategy initiatives across multiple domains and aligning efforts with strategic priorities. This executive is responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and performance of data products and services spanning every business domain, ensuring they deliver consistent, scalable, and high-impact experiences for users and measurable value for the enterprise. As the strategic anchor for data product and service innovation and enablement, this role guides multiple cross-functional product teams toward a cohesive roadmap, balancing innovation with reliability. Through strategic direction, partnership, and influence, the MVP, Data Products drives alignment across business and technology, shaping investments that unlock data-driven growth and lasting impact.
