About The Position

Provides primary direction for operational efficiencies, patient navigation state-wide, personnel management, coordination of clinical matters, program development and execution, and marketing functions. Ensures compliance with contractual requirements and guidelines. Works with EVP to ensure new opportunities and transition of physicians in the network. Oversees day-to-day operations and execution of all initiatives. Oversees the implementation, high quality performance, and outcome of services rendered by external partners.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or Nursing Administration.
  • Five (5) years' experience in a health services environment with a demonstrated track record of success in progressively responsible assignments and leadership positions to include clinical oversight experience.
  • Ability to resolve difficult problems and develop, manage, or monitor programs of considerable scope.
  • Ability to continually assess internal and external political environments and plan and/or adapt strategies appropriately.
  • Ability to interpret and implement operating policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage large teams, mentor personnel, and oversee day-to-day operations effectively.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across the organization, fostering collaboration and a shared vision for high-quality patient care.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare marketing strategies to promote services, expand reach, and ensure effective communication of program benefits.
  • Understanding of managing and coordinating with external partners to ensure quality outcomes and service delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational inefficiencies and improve patient care processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provides direction to promote the vision of the organization and implements strategies to support the business functions, physician and patient care activities.
  • Executes clinical integration strategies and operationalizes practices within the network.
  • Develops and secures approval for operational and capital budget recommendations. Monitors assigned budget(s) and adheres to budget and productivity guidelines.
  • Provides support in the provision of quality patient care, patient flow, and customer service. Makes certain that compliance is maintained with all relevant regulatory and oversight bodies. Ensures consistency in clinics amongst facilities.
  • Develops and implements ways to continually improve the quality and efficiency of the operational performance for physician groups including quantifiable clinical and/or operational outcomes, safety management, and operational efficiency. Monitors and analyzes trends and reports; implements actions to improve personnel staffing patterns, service quality, and/or productivity performance.
  • Oversees key projects and processes; forecasts requirements, analyzes variances, and initiates corrective actions. Creates, updates, and maintains operational metrics and analytics reporting including the communication of such metrics and analytics.
  • Develops tactics to re-design clinical and patient flow processes to improve outcomes and lower costs; utilizes data effectively to support clinical transformations.
  • Oversees and executes operational policies and processes; monitors quality performance of community and external partners to ensure successful new programs.
