About The Position

The Vice President of Stationary Furniture Sales is responsible and accountable for establishing and driving execution of business priorities specifically focused on Ashley's stationary furniture segment. This senior leadership position will develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand Ashley's presence in the stationary furniture market while ensuring profitable growth and market dominance. The role demands creating and nurturing a culture of success with a specialized focus on stationary furniture sales achievement and market penetration. This position oversees the complete stationary furniture sales organization, responsible for enhancing the stationary furniture brand portfolio, creating alignment within the specialized sales team, developing stationary furniture sales talent, and executing competitive sales strategies aimed at dominating the stationary furniture market segment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
  • Minimum 5 years specific experience in stationary/casual furniture industry
