We are seeking a Business Development Director to drive Quantanite’s next phase of growth across Europe by winning business from clients ready to move beyond traditional outsourcing. This is a quota-carrying strategic sales role for a self-starter who can generate demand where others see resistance, take a contrarian position in the market, and turn that position into commercial traction. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will lead consultative sales engagements with enterprise buyers, positioning Quantanite as a different kind of partner: one that combines AI-led service design, operational rigor, and expert human execution to deliver value far beyond labour arbitrage. A central part of the role is building executive confidence that Quantanite is not simply selling a better short-term operating model, but is the right partner to help clients create sustained long-term value through transformation, efficiency, resilience, and smarter customer operations. You will own the full sales lifecycle — from origination and qualification through solutioning, negotiation, closure, and transition into delivery — while developing senior relationships across target accounts and industries. You must be able to navigate skepticism, challenge conventional buying logic, and credibly demonstrate why Quantanite can deliver what many others merely promise. This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who can think strategically, sell with authority, and build the kind of trust that turns first deals into long-term partnerships.
