About The Position

The Vice President of Sales is a key executive leader responsible for driving revenue growth, elevating the luxury client experience, and shaping the strategy for all Sales operations across 10X Health. This role leads the full wellness sales organization, sets the vision for team performance, strengthens cross functional alignment with Marketing and Operations, and ensures that every client interaction reflects the premium standard of the 10X brand. This individual will own sales strategy, organizational development, and the performance culture that empowers teams to consistently exceed targets. This role requires a leader who can build, inspire, and scale high-performing teams while maintaining an unwavering commitment to remarkable client care.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a top performer in sales with a history of leading high growth revenue organizations
  • Ability to deliver in elite client experience tailored to high profile and luxury buyers
  • Deep expertise in the 10X Health product suite and the ability to guide clients through complex wellness solutions
  • Strong knowledge of wellness, longevity, and the benefits of the 10X Health ecosystem
  • Ability to step in and close high value deals and support team members through complex objections or challenging scenarios
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce with the ability to train, optimize, and drive accountability across the team
  • Strong decision-making skills with clear reasoning and sound judgment
  • Demonstrates resilience, persistence, and an ownership mindset in achieving revenue outcomes
  • 5 - 7+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in a high growth or premium service environment
  • Experience leading multi-level sales teams and managing revenue at scale
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position (e.g., sitting or standing) for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment (e.g., keyboard, mouse, telephone, copier)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and via digital channels (e.g., email, video conferencing, phone)
  • Ability to occasionally move about inside the office or work environment
  • Must be able to observe details on a computer screen and read written documents

Responsibilities

  • Own the revenue strategy and guide the full Wellness organization to consistently exceed sales targets across Blood Tests, HRT and Peptide therapies, SuperHuman Protocols, Genetic Testing, and additional 10X Health services
  • Deeply understand our luxury client base and ensure that every sales touchpoint aligns with the expectations of high-profile clients and high value buyers
  • Lead ongoing call reviews and coaching sessions that raise the standard of communication, objection handling, and consultative selling across the team
  • Partner with Marketing to improve the full client journey and increase conversion from lead to sale
  • Oversee CRM usage across Salesforce and all relevant systems, ensuring data accuracy, reporting clarity, and clear visibility into the financial health of the Sales division
  • Build and refine processes that streamline the sales cycle and enhance speed to close
  • Track, report, and analyze key sales metrics to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
  • Maintain oversight of client escalations and ensure timely resolutions that protect the 10X Health client experience
  • Document winning playbooks and scale success through structured training programs and repeatable processes
  • Lead all leadership development within the Wellness organization including recurring development conversations, biweekly one on ones, performance coaching, and incentive planning
  • Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and training of new Wellness team members to support rapid growth and future succession planning
