We are seeking a Vice President of Sales, Natural to build and lead ARMRA’s Natural Channel strategy during a pivotal phase of retail expansion. As our first senior sales leader, you will own the vision, development, and execution of growth plans across key natural and specialty retailers—driving distribution, velocity, and long-term partnership success. This role will work closely with the Chief Retail Officer and cross-functional partners to establish the foundations of our retail sales organization, build scalable processes, and maximize brand performance across the natural channel.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in CPG sales with deep expertise in the Natural Channel.
  • Proven success owning major natural accounts and driving growth in high-velocity brands.
  • Strong understanding of category management, promotional planning, and trade strategy.
  • Experience building sales processes and infrastructure in a fast-growing or early-stage environment.
  • Excellent communicator with strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Data-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to operate both at 30,000 feet and in the details.
  • Collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ARMRA’s Natural Channel go-to-market strategy, including distribution, merchandising, and promotional plans.
  • Lead account management for key partners (e.g., Sprouts, Whole Foods, UNFI and KEHE), while identifying new natural/specialty opportunities.
  • Build forecasting, planning, and sales processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalable growth.
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Finance on retail programming, demand planning, and channel-specific launches.
  • Own retailer presentations, line reviews, and annual business plans to drive distribution and velocity.
  • Establish tools, reporting, and performance dashboards to track sales KPIs and optimize account performance.
  • Build and manage broker, distributor, and field team relationships to support execution and in-store excellence.
  • Represent ARMRA externally with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
