About The Position

Advantage Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Vice President of Sales/Business Development to lead our Sales and Marketing teams across Home Health and Hospice. As part of our executive leadership team , you’ll work directly with the CEO to shape and execute a vision for growth, performance, and excellence across our organization. This is a high-impact, mission-driven role where your leadership will directly influence our expansion, partnerships, and long-term success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred .
  • Extensive experience in post-acute healthcare (home health, hospice, rehab, or similar).
  • Proven success as a VP of Sales/Business Development , ideally in a PE-backed healthcare setting.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, growth execution, M&A, and referral development .
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset with experience implementing KPIs and scalable systems.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ) .
  • Willingness to travel 50–70% to build and maintain relationships across multiple regions.

  • Lead and inspire high-performing Sales and Marketing teams across multiple service lines.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy including organic growth, joint ventures, preferred provider relationships, and M&A opportunities .
  • Establish KPIs, systems, and processes to optimize sales performance and accountability .
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive financial, operational, and cultural success .
  • Build trusted relationships with referral sources, providers, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellence while advancing the company’s mission to provide outstanding patient care.
