The VP of Business Development will lead the Business Development organization, with responsibility for driving profitable growth through sales channels across American Integrity’s new and existing territories and supporting key sales initiatives. This role will oversee Key Account Coordinators and Inside Sales, with a primary focus on maximizing new and existing distribution through proactive agency engagement, account development, and strategic growth initiatives. Reporting to the EVP of Sales and Marketing, the VP of Business Development will develop and execute strategies and tactics that exceed top- and bottom-line objectives. This leader will collaborate across the executive team to ensure the Business Development team is equipped with the tools, processes, and support needed to succeed. The role is responsible for strengthening existing agency relationships, developing and activating high-quality new opportunities, and ensuring effective coordination between Business Development, Field Sales, and National and Strategic Accounts, as well as internal partners, including Product, Pricing, Underwriting, IT, and Marketing.
