About The Team The Mizuho U.S. Operations (“MUSO”) Regulatory Affairs Group oversees MUSO’s regulatory relationships and serves as the central point of contact for both regulators and internal stakeholders. The Regulatory Affairs Group centrally manages MUSO’s regulatory engagement and supervisory priorities across US regulators, including examinations, information requests, continuous monitoring meetings, meeting preparation, training, supervisory commitments, the timely closure of remediation findings, horizon scanning for emerging regulations, regulatory change management and maintenance of the laws, rules and regulations library. Summary The Regulatory Affairs Group is seeking a Vice President of Regulatory Change Management who will lead the horizon scanning process to identify emerging regulations, analyze requirements to determine downstream implications and communicate assessments to impacted stakeholders. This role is crucial in ensuring that the company remains compliant with evolving regulations and standards.
