Applicants for this role will have the flexibility to work remotely anywhere in the Continental United States: Postion Purpose: Design and implement programs, policies, and practices to support State and Federal program contract compliance, as well as compliance with federal and state legal and regulatory requirements in the areas of employment and Human Resources. Represent Regulatory Change Management Compliance at meetings with Senior Leadership and lead RCM related reporting and/or coordination between Health Plans and Corporate Business Units. Lead strategic Regulatory Change Management team initiatives. Conduct routine monitoring and analysis of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements. Identify impact of regulatory changes to the Company and coordinate necessary impact notifications. Serve as a point of contact for Compliance, Operational and Health Plan partners, and coordinate gathering and dissemination of analysis to key stakeholders. Serve as escalation point to compliance and business stakeholders as needed to support resolution of identified barriers. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of regulatory change management. Oversee and monitor implementation efforts for state or federal regulatory changes. Support the Regulatory Change Management state and federal level internal reporting responsibilities. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration, Compliance or related field required
  • 4+ years of compliance and/or regulatory experience within employment or HR required
  • Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects. required

Nice To Haves

  • Juris Doctor degree preferred.
