The Opportunity: Homecare Homebase is seeking a visionary, execution-focused Vice President of Product Management to lead our growing portfolio of enterprise SaaS solutions supporting home-based care. This role is ideal for a senior product leader with a strong track record of translating complex market needs into strategic product outcomes. You’ll own the full product lifecycle across multiple solution areas and lead a team of seasoned product professionals to build market-aligned, scalable solutions. As VP of Product Management, you will partner closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, Client Success, Finance, and Marketing to align product direction with HCHB’s strategic priorities. You’ll bring a macroeconomic view, deep empathy for users and buyers, and a passion for modern product practices. You will be expected to lead with clarity, build trust across functions, and foster direction, alignment, and optimism. You’ll influence cross-functional stakeholders by connecting strategy to execution, and drive data-informed decisions that elevate product performance and business outcomes. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you’ll champion change alongside the CEO and executive peers, advocating for what’s right for the company, even when it challenges legacy mindsets or cultural inertia. What You Will Do: Product Strategy & Execution Own the strategic direction, roadmap, and prioritization across the entire portfolio of products with significant business impact. Partner with executive stakeholders to align product direction with long-term company objectives, including value-based care and payer-driven innovation. Accelerate product delivery by instilling clear prioritization, tight feedback loops, and rapid iteration cycles. Identify and remove blockers to cross-functional execution velocity, ensuring teams stay focused on progress over perfection. Drive a culture of experimentation and agility, balancing MVPs and iterative delivery with long-term product vision. Lead strategic decisions on build vs. buy, vendor evaluations, and ecosystem partnerships. Team Leadership & Development Coach and develop a high-performing product team grounded in empathy, clarity, and accountability. Model healthy conflict, structured decision-making, and trust-building to strengthen product culture. Instill a shared commitment to solving problems—not just identifying them—and celebrate product-driven impact. Uplift under-leveled or misaligned team members through hands-on coaching and performance standards. Cross-Functional Influence Partner with Engineering and Design to ensure high-velocity, high-quality delivery of products that delight users and support the business. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure consistent product positioning and launch success. Represent the Product organization in executive conversations, guiding stakeholder expectations and trade-offs. Help Product act as a unifying force across the company, especially in complex or politically sensitive environments. Market & Customer Insight Bring a systems-level understanding of the home-based care market, including Medicare Advantage, risk adjustment, and evolving payer-provider dynamics. Maintain close ties with clients and users to identify pain points, test concepts, and shape roadmap decisions. Oversee competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, and market segmentation initiatives. Data & Decision-Making Champion a data-driven culture by embedding metrics, experimentation, and customer insights into all product decisions. Define clear success criteria and establish a regular cadence for reviewing product performance, adoption, and business impact. Influence & Alignment Act as a key influencer across the company, aligning senior stakeholders and breaking down silos to drive coordinated action. Facilitate healthy debate and decision-making by modeling transparency, empathy, and constructive conflict resolution. Culture & Organizational Maturity Build credibility and respect for the product organization by elevating expectations, leveling roles, and establishing operational rigor. Create psychological safety and forward momentum in a team culture recovering from legacy friction, silos, or burnout. Serve as a thought leader and change agent, helping redefine what excellence looks like in product management at HCHB.
