Oversee architectural responsibilities, designing and implementing scalable cloud-based APIs and infrastructure to facilitate real-time marketing automation, cross-platform integrations, and multi-industry adoption. Direct strategic API integrations with enterprise partners, e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and third-party logistics providers to create a seamless, data-driven gifting ecosystem. Design proprietary AI algorithms, automation workflows, and data-driven marketing strategies as well as develop intellectual property to contribute to the company’s patent portfolio. Establish best practices for software security, regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS), and AI ethics in marketing automation. Mentor and guide senior engineers, setting standards for AI implementation, scalable software design, and API-driven development. Align product development with corporate growth strategies, collaborating with business leaders, marketing teams, and industry partners to expand the platform’s reach and impact.
