As the Vice President of Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Kids on the Move. You will lead organization-wide systems, processes, and infrastructure that elevate program quality, enhance staff experience, and strengthen long-term operational success. You’ll ensure alignment across departments, champion innovation and data-driven decision-making, and help build a culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and excellence. This is a high-impact executive leadership role for an experienced operations professional who is mission-driven, strategic, and energized by organizational growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare, Human Services, or related field required.
  • 10–15+ years of progressive operational leadership, including executive-level oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operational departments to ensure efficiency, compliance, and mission alignment.
  • Translate organizational strategy into measurable operational plans.
  • Guide executive decision-making through trend analysis, risk mitigation, and forecasting.
  • Strengthen alignment between operations and program teams to support high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Lead senior operations leaders and foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Implement system-wide process improvements, technology innovation, and data-driven dashboards.
  • Champion organizational change, scalability, and future-focused growth.
