VP of Business Operations Build the Operational Engine Behind a Company Built to Scale Northline Roofing is a growing home services company in Charlotte preparing for aggressive but steady expansion over the next 24 months. We are not looking for someone to maintain what exists. We are building the foundation for something much larger. Our goal is to become one of the largest roofing providers in the country. That requires structure, accountability, and disciplined execution at every level of the organization. I am hiring a VP of Business Operations to step in as my second-in-command and help build the operational engine that will support multi-market growth. This role is for a builder. The Mission Over the next 24 months, we will expand into surrounding submarkets. Our structure will be built around strong Directors at the company level and Operations Managers in each local market. This role is responsible for building the systems, standards, and leadership discipline that allow that model to succeed. We are looking for someone mission-driven who wants to pursue large-scale growth and build something meaningful. If you are looking for a comfortable executive seat, this is not the role. If you want ownership and long-term impact, it might be. What You’ll Do You will run the day-to-day business so I can focus on vision and expansion. You will: Lead and develop our Sales Manager, Operations Manager, and Production Manager Bring clarity, structure, and accountability to the leadership team Install and operate a strong execution rhythm (EOS experience is a major plus) Build simple, repeatable systems that eliminate chaos Create KPIs and scoreboards that drive measurable performance Protect gross profit and improve operational efficiency Standardize processes so they can be replicated across future markets Identify bottlenecks and solve them permanently If something is unclear, inefficient, or underperforming, you take ownership of improving it. Who This Is For You have experience scaling a home services company You understand field operations, sales teams, and production workflows You are disciplined, systems-driven, and numbers-oriented You are comfortable holding leaders accountable You think long-term and build for scale EOS experience is a strong advantage You should be energized by growth, not intimidated by it. Compensation Base Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 (based on experience and track record) 3% Profit Sharing As the company grows, your upside grows. We are currently relocating our office operations to the South Charlotte area. If you are serious about building a high-performance organization and helping scale Northline into a multi-market operation, I want to talk. Embrace The Climb. — Ryan
