About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related fields
  • At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of strategic planning and successful execution in a complex healthcare environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks and accreditation standards.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and develop talent within a multi-site organization.
  • Experience in private physician led organizations.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline
  • Bachelors in Nursing
  • Experience working within diverse healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, or social assistance organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that support the organization’s goals and regulatory requirements.
