About The Position

Zanes Law Injury Lawyers is a high-performing 24 year old personal injury firm with a track record of strong settlements, elite client care, and continued growth. We are moving from a successful founder-led operation into a professionally scaled firm built to dominate our market.

We are hiring a Vice President of Operations to help us scale to nine figures in settlements while reducing chaos, increasing accountability, and creating predictable execution across the firm.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on ownership, clarity, and results.

The VP of Operations is responsible for making the firm run smoothly, consistently, and predictably without constant executive involvement.

This role owns people operations, process execution, cross-department flow, and operational accountability. You will act as the connective tissue between intake, case management, settlements, finance, and leadership.

If you like fixing systems, holding people accountable, and turning growth into order, this role is for you.

You will have real authority to act, not just make recommendations.

You enforce standards. You do not chase consensus.

Requirements

• 10+ years of operations leadership experience
• Experience scaling a service-based business
• Comfortable having hard conversations and making tough calls
• Highly organized, data-driven, and emotionally steady
• Respected by strong personalities and high performers

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day people operations, performance management, and accountability
• Clear role definitions and scorecards for all departments
• Enforcement of systems and processes across the firm
• Cross-department handoffs and workflow efficiency
• Weekly and monthly operational metrics and reporting
• Escalation management so leadership focuses on strategy, not noise
