MarketPro has partnered with an innovative, rapidly scaling healthcare services company on a confidential search for its next Vice President of Marketing. Backed by a leading private equity firm, this organization is transforming how individuals, employers, and physicians experience primary and concierge care—offering a modern, membership -based model that delivers better access, deeper relationships, and improved outcomes. Unlike traditional healthcare services companies, this firm operates at the intersection of care delivery innovation, physician empowerment, and consumer engagement. Its two complementary business units—advanced primary care for employers and turnkey concierge -medicine enablement for physicians—position the company at the forefront of a fast -growing, disruptive segment of healthcare. As the business enters a major scale phase, the VP of Marketing will shape how the organization’s story is told, how demand is generated across multiple audiences, and how marketing becomes a true engine of growth. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a modern marketing organization for a mission -driven, PE -backed company poised for national expansion. The Vice President of Marketing to lead all aspects of our B2B and B2C growth engine. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional execution skills and a proven track record of scaling revenue, generating high -quality leads, and driving consumer engagement—especially within brick -and -mortar, retail -oriented healthcare settings. Full -stack marketer who can shift seamlessly between strategy, analytics, creative, and field execution. This individual must have strong academic acumen, a history of exceptional measurable results, and the leadership skills to build and manage a high -performing marketing team. The ideal candidate is ambitious, data -driven, deeply curious, and eager to grow into a future Chief Marketing Officer. Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a VP or Head of Marketing role.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B demand generation and pipeline creation with measurable revenue impact.
  • Proven track record driving B2C growth and retail traffic for brick -and -mortar businesses—healthcare experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns across digital, content, analytics, creative, and field marketing.
  • Experience in high -growth, multi -site, or multi -market environments
  • Strong ability to recruit, lead, and scale a high -performing marketing team.
  • Mastery of data, analytics, CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), and performance measurement.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic decision -making, and executive presence.
  • Experience evaluating and managing agencies and freelancers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in multi -site healthcare, retail health, primary care, specialty care, or wellness.
  • MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • Experience working closely with PE -backed or venture -backed companies during rapid scaling.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the comprehensive marketing strategy across both business units, including demand generation, retail acquisition, brand and all digital marketing channels.
  • Architec t the marketing roadmap to support aggressive growth goals in both B2B (employers, brokers/consultants and physicians) and B2C (patient acquisition into our owned and client clinics).
  • Own annual marketing plan, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Define, hire, and scale the marketing org in alignment with revenue goals.
  • Design and execute sophisticated lead -generation campaigns targeting employed and independent Physicians who might be considering moving to a concierge model of care
  • Lead multi -channel lead -generation campaigns targeting employers and benefit brokers/consultants to build top of the funnel leads for our sales team
  • Optimize the full funnel from top -of -funnel content to SQL and revenue attribution.
  • Oversee ABM, events, webinars, partner co -marketing, and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate tightly with Sales leadership on pipeline health, forecasting, and target account strategies.
  • Drive walk -in and appointment volume through integrated campaigns across digital (paid search, social), offline channels (direct mail, OOH, local activations), and community engagement.
  • Lead brand strategy, creative direction, and messaging that resonates with consumers and differentiates the brand in a competitive landscape.
  • Implement lifecycle marketing: SMS, email, retargeting, CRM automation, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Own marketing KPIs and develop a culture of measurement, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Deploy advanced analytics for attribution modeling, CAC/LTV optimization, and cohort tracking.
  • Present performance dashboards and growth forecasts to the executive team and board.
  • Mentor and develop marketing talent with clear career paths and performance standards.
  • Partner with Operations, Sales, Clinical, Product, BI and Finance to align marketing with company -wide objectives.
  • Create clear KPIs and operating rhythms with Sales and Operations.
  • Champion brand standards and the voice -of -customer across all touch points.
