About The Position

Vice President of Marketing & Development Jobs for America's Graduates - Kansas is looking to hire a Vice President of Marketing & Development. This individual is responsible for the organization's advancement and sustainability through developing and executing development and marketing strategies. This position is responsible for all aspects of fundraising including annual campaigns, major gift cultivation, endowment building and grant management. Work Schedule for the Director of Development This position works with the Marketing and Development Team, Monday through Friday, providing support to all departments within JAG-K. About Jobs for America's Graduates - Kansas (JAG-K) With our headquarters in Topeka, Kansas, JAG-K partners with Kansas schools to help students who are facing various challenges to be successful. We are a non-profit organization that offers an elective class to provide academic and other positive support to ensure students earn their high school diploma. We have 121 programs located in 54 Kansas school districts and currently serve more than 5,500 students in Kansas and by educating students through career exploration opportunities and teaching soft skills, students are prepared to successfully transition to post-secondary education, military service, or into the workforce. Requirements

• bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or similar field
• 4 years of experience in fundraising and development
• valid driver’s license
• able to work well independently while managing multiple priorities
• live in Kansas or are willing to relocate
