Requirements
- Proven leadership in plumbing, electrical, or home services operations
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Experienced with CRMs such as HouseCall Pro, ServiceTitan, or Jobber
- Skilled at managing people, production, and performance simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Lead & Grow the Division
- Oversee Plumbing and Electrical operations, managing 5 direct reports and 9 total team members
- Drive expansion of service delivery and operational capacity
- Track performance, improve systems, and ensure targets are consistently met
- Maintain high operational standards and seamless coordination across teams
- Manage estimating, scheduling, and billing for all contracted clients
- Solve complex service challenges with executive-level decision-making
- Keep operations running smoothly while maintaining service quality and client satisfaction
