Requirements

  • 5+ years in business development or sales leadership within a service-driven industry.
  • Proven success in high-touch, consultative selling environments.
  • Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel (up tp 50%) and attend evening events.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the high-rise sales market strongly preferred.
  • Background in community association management or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute growth strategies that align with Somerset’s premium service model.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with HOA boards, developers, and industry partners.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and lead complex negotiations to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing to drive lead generation and brand positioning.
  • Represent Somerset at conferences, client engagements, and networking events.
