Education Division: Creating pathways to learning and opportunity through schools and programs that serve children and young adults of all abilities. Heartshare St. Vincent’s Services (HSVS): Supporting children, youth, and families involved in foster care, residential care, and community-based services, ensuring stability, safety, and empowerment for brighter futures. The Vice President of Employment Services will establish and lead Heartshare’s Employment Office, serving as a consultative and strategic resource across all divisions. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that individuals supported by Heartshare have access to high-quality, individualized employment pathways that align with their skills, interests, and career aspirations. The VP will partner with program leaders to design and deliver innovative employment services, considering best practice employment models, strengthen partnerships with employers and other employment agencies, and measure long-term outcomes. The leader will balance regulatory requirements for the unique needs of each division, advancing Heartshare’s mission to empower New Yorkers to thrive through meaningful work. This role is responsible for designing, standardizing, and scaling HeartShare’s employment model across divisions, driving system-wide alignment, operational excellence, and measurable workforce outcomes.
