Position Overview Extraordinary Brands is seeking a highly driven, strategic, and execution-focused Vice President of Development to lead and accelerate franchise growth initiatives across the organization. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving measurable performance across the full franchise development lifecycle, including franchise sales execution, pipeline optimization, lead conversion strategy, systems scalability, and cross-functional alignment. The Vice President of Development will play a pivotal role in delivering predictable, high-quality growth outcomes while instilling sales discipline and operational rigor.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive franchise development leadership experience
  • Proven success driving franchise sales and growth performance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and conversion strategy
  • Working knowledge of real estate and development processes
  • Experience with FranConnect strongly preferred
  • Systems-oriented mindset with strong operational discipline
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • High level of ownership, urgency, and accountability
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Executive presence with a results-driven leadership style

  • Lead, coach, and elevate franchise sales professionals
  • Establish a culture of accountability, urgency, and performance
  • Drive sales discipline, pipeline management, and closing effectiveness
  • Optimize prospect engagement, follow-up strategies, and workflows
  • Implement best practices to maximize revenue outcomes
  • Design scalable, performance-driven development systems
  • Leverage CRM and FranConnect to drive visibility and efficiency
  • Build structured workflows supporting predictable growth
  • Enhance reporting, analytics, and decision-making tools
  • Drive consistency and operational excellence across development functions
  • Align development timelines with sales execution
  • Support site selection and opening acceleration strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce friction and delays
