About The Position

As Operation HOPE enters a new chapter of growth and innovation, we are building a best-in-class team to expand our corporate funding base. The Vice President of Corporate Partnerships will play a vital role in identifying, cultivating, and stewarding a portfolio of corporate partners, sponsors, and funders. This position will be responsible for securing new revenue and deepening long-term engagement, and maximizing shared value for our corporate partnerships. Reporting to the President, Partnerships, and working cross-functionally with internal teams, the Vice President will contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive, sustainable strategy for corporate support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in new business development, corporate partnerships, fundraising, or corporate social responsibility
  • Proven ability to secure and grow high-value corporate partnerships and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Experience managing sponsorships, grants, and complex strategic collaborations.
  • Deep understanding of nonprofit and corporate sector priorities, with an ability to effectively bridge and align both.
  • Exceptional project and relationship management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including experience developing proposals, pitches and donor/partner reporting.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and fundraising tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Highly collaborative and relationship-driven, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Passionate about financial inclusion and social impact.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with national or multinational corporations preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, nonprofit management, communications, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively build and manage a pipeline of corporate partners prospects with a focus on strategic development, partner satisfaction, and long-term, sustainable engagement.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision makers in marketing, CSR, and corporate philanthropy departments.
  • Align partnership strategies with Operation HOPE’s mission and programs to ensure shared value and mission fit.
  • Serve as the primary relationship lead for assigned partner prospects, coordinating all touchpoints and managing internal collaboration.
  • Utilize CRM system to build, manage, and track a comprehensive partnership pipeline, ensuring accurate data entry, timely follow-ups and clear visibility into revenue opportunities.
  • Champion corporate sponsorship engagement and strategic alignment for the HOPE Global Forum
  • Lead new business development and acquisition efforts, including prospect identification, pitch development & execution, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the Development and Programs teams to integrate funding opportunities with broader organizational strategies.
  • Track, monitor and analyze partnership goals and outcomes to inform strategic planning and optimize outcomes.
  • Partner with marketing, communications, programs, data, reporting, and research teams to create compelling proposals, reports, presentations, and impact materials that elevate partner engagement
  • Collaborate with executive and senior leadership to ensure partnership strategies with organizational priorities.
  • Ensure partnership deliverables are delivered with excellence and in accordance with agreed-upon terms.
  • Monitor emerging trends in corporate social impact, ESG, and philanthropy to inform strategic decision-making and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Provide thought leadership on corporate engagement strategies, contributing to internal learning, continuous improvement and organizational innovation and adaptation.
