Our team members are a vital strength in our ability to grow and continue to serve our customers. Position Summary Guidance Residential is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to lead and expand our B2B channel, including Real Estate and Third-Party Origination (TPO) programs. This executive leader will drive revenue growth, build high-impact strategic partnerships, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape our national expansion strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in mortgage sales, business development, or strategic partnerships
• Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth
• Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance standards
• Exceptional executive communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel extensively, approximately 50%

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategies to exceed B2B revenue goals
• Lead strategic real estate and TPO (third party origination) partner relationships end-to-end
• Oversee partner onboarding, contract negotiations, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and IT to ensure operational excellence
• Identify new market opportunities and drive nationwide growth initiatives
