About The Position

Good Karma Brands is looking for a high-impact business leader to grow our national audio business. This role is based in our New York office and is built for someone who can earn access quickly, build senior-level relationships with holding companies and large agencies, and convert those relationships into meaningful revenue growth across our Radio Network and Podcast business. Requirements

  • Proven senior-level national business growth and commercial leadership experience in audio, podcasts, digital media, or adjacent media ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to build and leverage relationships with holding companies and large advertising agencies, especially in New York
  • Established top-tier relationships across agencies and brands, with a proactive approach to deepening existing relationships and continuously developing new partners and contacts
  • Track record of driving new business, including creating demand for premium audio solutions and converting senior-level agency relationships into revenue
  • Strong executive presence and comfort leading conversations with senior decision makers
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and align stakeholders from pursuit through execution
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and follow-through
  • With this career, you are required to hold a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Serve as senior executive representative for Good Karma Brands with holding companies, large advertising agencies, and key national decision makers, with a primary presence in New York, building and expanding relationships that drive new business opportunities and long-term value
  • Deepen and expand senior-level relationships with agency and advertiser stakeholders, including holding company leadership and senior marketing decision makers, to accelerate national revenue growth and expand market presence
  • Lead national business strategy and growth efforts for the Radio Network and Podcast business within the audio marketplace, including identifying, prioritizing, and converting high-value opportunities
  • Strategically position GKB’s assets, solutions, and ideas to drive revenue, open partnerships, and increase consideration in the marketplace
  • Provide leadership on proactive opportunity development and high-level RFP approach, including shaping the narrative, packaging, and strategy for key pursuits
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across GKB departments including inventory, marketing, other divisions, and the multi-market team, ensuring alignment from opportunity development through execution
  • Ensure the national business successfully navigates major partnering windows and planning cycles, including upfront and scatter dynamics as applicable
  • Represent GKB in the marketplace, including industry conferences, events, and partner entertainment, serving as a visible leader and connector for the business
  • Establish scalable operating rhythms and clear accountability across key partners and internal teams so work is prioritized, communicated, and executed consistently
  • Participate in company-wide collaboration and cross-functional leadership; travel as needed
