About The Position

Our client Servicecorp is seeking an Associate Vice President of Business Partnerships to join their team. Headquartered on the north side of Indy, Servicecorp, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Indiana Credit Union League, networks the volume of credit unions, to provide affordable products and services to credit unions. In this role, the AVP of Business Partnerships will be responsible for operational support and the marketing and administration of Servicecorp services and business partnerships. They will play a key role in shaping and promoting valuable solutions for credit unions across Indiana and Illinois. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or a related field, preferred.
  • 5–7 years in financial institutions, credit union experience is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform strategic planning.
  • Confident presenting to diverse audiences, from small teams to large conferences.
  • Availability to travel 1-3 times per month to credit unions in Indiana and Illinois, some overnight travel for conferences annually.

  • Experience leading or supervising a team is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operational support for credit unions participating in shared branching
  • Develop and implement annual business and marketing plans.
  • Prepare and present financial projections, and other sales materials for prospective credit unions.
  • Facilitate board meetings, annual planning sessions and annual meetings for the CUSO.
  • Oversee development of board packets.
  • Implementation of business development directives from the board.
  • Monitor and report on business partnerships and performance.
  • Support internal processes and direct marketing to promote products and services to credit unions.
  • Maintain overall knowledge of the marketplace and identify new products and services with added value to credit unions and Servicecorp.
  • Develop proposals for new business opportunities or enhancements to existing products.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with credit union contacts.
  • Represent League/Servicecorp at credit union functions.
