About The Position

The Vice President, Marketing is a key member of Quint’s executive leadership team, responsible for setting and executing the organization’s global marketing vision. This strategic leader will drive brand growth, audience engagement, and revenue generation through innovative, integrated campaigns across all markets. Partnering closely with cross-functional executives, the VP will ensure Quint’s marketing capabilities remain industry-leading, data-driven, and scalable for sustained growth.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership, with significant experience in global, multi-market campaigns and brand management.
  • Proven track record in executive-level strategic planning and delivering revenue-impacting outcomes.
  • Expertise in performance marketing, digital strategy, data analytics, and omnichannel campaign execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at the C-suite level, balancing strategic vision with operational excellence.
  • International experience and cultural fluency in marketing execution.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sports, hospitality, travel, or luxury consumer brands strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multi-year brand and marketing plans, including market expansion, product positioning, and integrated campaign strategies.
  • Direct the development of marketing initiatives that maximize reach and ROI across global B2C and B2B channels.
  • Identify and capitalize on new revenue streams, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance leadership to ensure marketing efforts directly drive revenue targets and commercial KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships and Event Delivery teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with rights-holder relationships and fan experience goals.
  • Oversee marketing analytics and performance management, using data to inform strategic decisions and optimize investments.
  • Drive adoption of cutting-edge marketing technologies, including AI-enabled personalization, automation, and attribution models.
  • Implement a robust test-and-learn framework for continuous improvement of acquisition, retention, and engagement efforts.
  • Serve as the global brand guardian, ensuring all creative assets, messaging, and campaigns reflect the premium quality of Quint’s offerings.
  • Lead the evolution of brand identity, storytelling, and content strategy to inspire and convert target audiences.
