About The Position

Vice President, Marketing Location: Hybrid, Greater Boston area Reports to: Chief Executive Officer Curiox Biosystems is a pioneering life science technology company transforming sample preparation for cell analysis. Our breakthrough C-FREE™ Pluto automation platforms eliminate manual centrifugation, enabling faster, more reproducible, and scalable workflows for flow cytometry and single-cell applications. As Curiox scales globally across biopharma, CRO/CDMO, and platform partnerships, we are seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead our global marketing strategy, including scientific affairs, and to position Curiox’s technology as a new standard in cell analysis workflows. Why This Role? This is a senior leadership role with direct exposure to the CEO and broad influence across Curiox’s commercial and strategic direction. You will lead marketing at the intersection of market education, scientific credibility, and commercial execution—helping Curiox establish trust, clarity, and momentum as a category-defining company. This role is accountable for translating Curiox’s corporate direction into measurable demand, pipeline growth, and market adoption. What You’ll Do Marketing Strategy & Execution Own and lead Curiox’s end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across products, regions, and customer segments. Define clear positioning, messaging, and value propositions aligned with Curiox’s scientific differentiation and platform strategy. Translate company strategy and market insights into coherent marketing priorities and execution plans. Scientific Affairs & Evidence-Based Marketing Direct marketing including scientific affairs, ensuring all external communications are scientifically accurate, evidence-based, and defensible. Oversee development and governance of scientific content, including application notes, white papers, posters, webinars, and validation materials. Ensure appropriate boundaries and rigor in scientific claims, aligned with RUO requirements, standards bodies, and external scrutiny. Support Curiox’s engagement with scientific consortia, KOLs, and standards initiatives as part of market education and credibility building. Demand Generation & Market Education Lead global demand generation efforts across digital, events, conferences, and campaigns. Own qualified lead volume, quality, and velocity with direct accountability for pipeline impact. Design and execute integrated demand programs across digital, events, conferences, and campaigns. Translate Curiox narratives and value propositions into campaigns that produce measurable pipeline outcomes. Establish clear demand targets, performance metrics, and reporting cadence. Drive market education initiatives to shift entrenched workflows and accelerate adoption of centrifuge-free automation. Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all customer touchpoints. Demand generation outcomes, not activity or content volume, are the primary success metric for this role. Event Marketing & Field Execution Manage event marketing execution, including conferences, tradeshows, and sponsored programs. Manage timelines, organizers, booth readiness, logistics, and on-site execution. Ensure events function as demand and proof multipliers, not standalone brand activities. This role requires regular in-person involvement to ensure execution quality and readiness. Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with Sales, Business Development, R&D, BioApplications, and Customer Experience to align messaging, evidence, and execution. Operate effectively with cross-functional teams distributed across the US, Europe, and Asia. Provide clear direction, prioritization, and decision-making to the marketing organization as Curiox scales. Contribute to leadership discussions on company-wide growth, positioning, and long-term platform strategy. Based in the Greater Boston area with the ability to support in-person events, partner meetings, and on-site execution. This role is not suitable for fully remote candidates.
