● Own freight strategy and terms & conditions governance in partnership with Legal, divisional, and functional stakeholders ● Serve as executive liaison for enterprise initiatives including payment terms, freight, supply chain collaboration, ESG initiatives, capital strategy, distributor management, global pricing, Salesforce enablement, and Cardiology strategic initiatives ● Build, lead, and develop high-performing, inclusive teams across marketing and commercial operations ● Serve as a trusted advisor and collaborator across functions, divisions, and geographies ● Develop future leaders and ensure strong succession planning
