Requirements

  • Proven track record of developing innovative, first-to-market programs that drive cultural impact and measurable business results
  • Deep understanding of the modern influence ecosystem — including organic content, paid amplification, performance marketing and platform-specific optimization
  • Experience blending PR-driven storytelling with data-informed paid strategy to maximize reach and ROI
  • Established network across creators, celebrities, talent agencies, platforms and cultural tastemakers
  • Strong executive presence and client counsel skills, with the ability to translate emerging trends into actionable strategic recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead omnichannel programs that connect digital and IRL experiences
  • Strong business acumen, including budget oversight, contract negotiation, forecasting and performance reporting
  • Creative, entrepreneurial thinker who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and consistently pushes programs beyond the expected
  • Passion for staying ahead of emerging platforms, technologies, and cultural shifts — and the ability to apply them in ways that differentiate brands in the marketplace

Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead integrated creator, influencer and celebrity strategies across industries that blend organic storytelling with paid amplification to drive awareness, engagement and measurable business impact
  • Develop first-to-market, culturally resonant programs that generate headlines, social conversation and earned media — extending beyond platform-native content
  • Design omnichannel ecosystems that seamlessly connect social, PR, experiential, partnerships and media into unified brand moments
  • Counsel senior clients on modern influence strategy — from creator partnerships and celebrity collaborations to platform innovation and cultural trend forecasting
  • Lead high-profile campaigns from concept through execution, including casting, talent negotiation, contracting, content oversight and amplification strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, celebrities, talent agencies and platform partners across categories
  • Translate brand objectives into creator-led storytelling frameworks that drive both cultural relevance and commercial outcomes
  • Integrate paid and organic efforts strategically, ensuring content is optimized for performance, audience targeting and cross-channel amplification
  • Partner closely with PR, media, experiential, content and growth teams to ensure influencer programming ladders into broader communications and business strategy
  • Monitor performance across awareness, engagement, earned impact and conversion metrics — applying insights to continually refine strategy and ROI
  • Support new business efforts by positioning influencer and creator engagement as both a standalone growth driver and a powerful integrated channel
