About The Position

The Vice President, Implementations leads solution implementations and delivery outcomes across a business line portfolio. Ensures successful execution of complex programs, including new conversions, cross-sell, and mergers, while driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and financial performance. The role applies enterprise methodology, tools and governance standards in partnership with the central operating model team and ensures strict adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to assigned business lines. This role serves as the senior escalation point for strategic customers and leads a high-performing team aligned to solutions for assigned business lines. Customer Implementations Own implementation success for assigned business lines, including on-time delivery, quality, and customer outcomes. Apply enterprise methodology and governance standards; ensure compliance within the business line portfolio. Track KPI and strategically enhance delivery to optimize results Lead strategic programs (high complexity, high visibility) and act as executive sponsor for key customers. Customer Engagement & Escalations Serve as senior point of contact for strategic customers within the business line portfolio. Resolve escalations and align delivery to customer business objectives. Drive adoption and identify expansion opportunities during implementation. People Leadership Build and develop a high-performing team of Directors, Managers, and senior ICs within the business line portfolio. Mentor and coach staff; foster subject matter expert communities for assigned solutions. Ensure readiness for new products and enhancements in partnership with Product and Training teams. Cross-Functional Partnerships Collaborate with Sales for scoping and attach strategies; with Product for release readiness; with additional business line implementation teams and external partners to ensure end-to-end delivery, and with Support/Customer Success for smooth handoffs. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software implementations, including 5+ years leading delivery teams.
  • Deep understanding of financial services workflows, regulatory requirements, and integration best practices.
  • Executive presence with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years’ experience managing teams that deliver technology solutions specifically for digital banking.
  • Alternatively (or additionally), experience in a senior leadership role with responsibility for delivering projects or consulting services directly to clients—acting as the primary point of accountability for scope, timelines, and client satisfaction.
