About The Position

The Vice President, Frontier Revenue Growth will lead the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for expansion into under-leveraged retail channels. Own channel prioritization, resource planning, senior-level engagement, and revenue accountability through deal closure and scalable growth.

Requirements

  • 15 or more years of progressive experience in sales or marketing leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is required
  • Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling expenses
  • Proven ability to lead GTM strategies, negotiate senior partnerships, and manage budgets

Nice To Haves

  • Proven success managing teams within a food broker or major national packaged goods organization is ideal
  • Proficiency with sales and business software tools

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve divisional financial goals
  • Partner with Business Managers to build, motivate, and lead a best‑in‑class sales organization
  • Strengthen and maintain senior‑level client relationships to exceed performance targets
  • Serve as a key communicator with clients, retailers, and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee expense management and ensure financial discipline
