About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead a global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function within a dynamic, high-growth organization. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning, providing financial insights that directly influence business strategy and operational decisions. The position requires close collaboration with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and business unit heads to enable data-driven decision-making. You will design scalable processes, build dashboards and KPIs, and deliver clear financial narratives to internal and external stakeholders. Leading and developing a high-performing team, you will champion automation, analytics, and continuous improvement to support growth and efficiency across the enterprise. This role balances strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced, global environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in FP&A leadership roles in complex, global organizations.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale FP&A functions and managing cross-functional finance teams.
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and presentation skills; ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership and boards on financial strategy.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools (NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Workday preferred).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20-25%) for key meetings, training, and conferences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global FP&A function, managing budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, aligning financial strategy with business goals.
  • Drive the annual operating plan, multi-year strategic planning, and financial modeling for new initiatives.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance frameworks to monitor business performance across regions and divisions.
  • Partner with business leaders to optimize resources, improve margins, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver executive reporting, presentations, and financial insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering accountability, innovation, and business ownership.
