Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of progressive healthcare business development or strategic leadership experience
  • Proven ability to lead teams and influence at the executive level
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Commitment to mission-driven, community-based care

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise growth outcomes, including market share expansion, referral development, and service line performance
  • Develop and execute system-wide strategic partnership initiatives with hospitals, health systems, skilled nursing facilities, and community providers
  • Lead and hold accountable business development functions, including direct management and development of a team of consultants
  • Integrate strategy, marketing, and business development into a unified, results-driven approach to growth
  • Leverage market data, competitive intelligence, and performance metrics to inform strategy and drive decision-making
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align growth initiatives with operational capacity and long-term organizational priorities
