Vice President, Corporate Development (Precision Pest Partners)

The Access Creating Executives Program (ACE Program) is seeking exceptional individuals to join as ACEs. ACEs will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to key operational best practices and tactics within Access' portfolio strategy execution. As senior team members of an Access portfolio company, ACEs will directly support and report to C-Suite executives in various operational functions, such as Finance, M&A/Strategy, Development, and Marketing. The role involves improving, executing, and documenting best practices, attending networking events and training sessions, and driving projects and new investment opportunities. Top performers may have the opportunity to progress into C-Suite positions within Access' portfolio companies or on the Access investment team.

• Work directly with CEO, CFO, and COO to execute mission-critical initiatives in M&A, strategy, and operations
• Model and conduct analysis on new RPFs, consulting, and development projects
• Conduct due diligence, model, and work with functional groups to underwrite CapEx RO

• Experience in M&A, strategy, and operations
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• Ability to conduct due diligence and underwrite CapEx RO
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working with C-Suite executives
• Ability to improve, execute, and document best practices
• Willingness to attend networking events, training sessions, and summits
• Ability to develop playbooks and train executives
• Strong project management skills
• Potential for progression into C-Suite positions or the Access investment team
