Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. - Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred. Typically 7-12 years of experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage complex transaction processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in transaction processing systems and a keen ability to leverage technology for process improvements. Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred. Series 7 and Series 24 FINRA licenses preferred Experience in DTC, Fed, or Non-US Market clearance and settlements operations preferred Prior hands-on experience with AI prompting and automation projects highly preferred
