We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Manager to join our client processing team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA (4 days in office expectation). In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of technical and management experience preferred; experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Applicable FINRA licenses preferred (e.g., Series 7, 63, etc.) in regulated areas of the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of a small- to medium-sized client processing support team handling all aspects of client accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, and problem resolution.
  • Manage the daily transactional workflow within the team and align team resources accordingly to complete daily tasks.
  • Serve as first line supervisor for task assignment and issue resolution, acting as the team’s initial point of contact for escalated issues.
  • Direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize individual contributions, professional growth, and effective teamwork.
  • Ensure work volume meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards, with proper review and documentation.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical assistance on moderately complex problems.
  • Participate in recruiting, instruct, assign, direct, and review the work of client processing analysts; prepare performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback.
  • May be responsible for specific supervisory review and approval actions and contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
